The first Saphos Trains steam charter 'The English Riviera Express' of 2020 operated on the 16th July 2020 as the 1Z27 07:50 Bristol Temple Meads to Kingswear viia Bath Spa and Westbury. The tour is captured here approaching Wellington hauled by LMS 7P Class 4-6-0 No. 46100 'Royal Scot' with Class 47 D1944 (No. 47501 'Craftsman') attached at the rear.

Royal Scot Class 6100 No. 46100 'Royal Scot' sounds the first steam whistle the village of Creech St Michael had heard since 2019. On the 26th of July 2020, Saphos Trains operated its first steam charter of the year in the southwest. 'The English Riviera Express' 1Z27 07:50 Bristol Temple Meads - Kingswear operated via Bath Spa, Westbury, and Frome and is pictured at Creech St Michael. No. 47501 'Craftsman' was also attached to the rear of the train for insurance, train supply and assistance at Kingswear.

LMS 4-6-0 No. 46100 'Royal Scot' speeds over the Somerset Levels at Wick heading West on Sunday 26th July 2020 operating Saphos Trains 'The English Riviera Express' charter. The first charter of the year 1Z27 07:50 Bristol Temple Meads - Paigtnon operated via Bath and Westbury.
