26th June 2002 On the 26th June 2002 Res Class 47 No.47789 is seen heading South through Bathpool with 47749 trailing on the rear of the train. Many Class 47s carried the unofficial Black Headcode boxes over the year, many depots applied and re-applied them over the years. 47789 and 749 were both used on the yearly Glastonbury Specials in 2002 to provide extra capacity to shuttle passengers between Castle Cary and Taunton for the Glastonbury Festival.
