The set later returned to Reading departing Taunton at 18:56. This is believe to be the first passenger service where a Class 800 has been used on a Sunday.

6th May 2018
There were two firsts captured in this image at Cogload Junction on Sunday 6th May 2018, the largest gathering of Canal Barges ever seen (10 in total) and the first Sunday passenger service using GWR Class 800's. No.800033 leads No.800027 slowly over Cogload Junction flyover while working the 1C19 15:40 Reading - Taunton service, which had operated via Bristol Temple Meads. The train was slowed because a HST service had only just passed under the flyover also heading towards Taunton.
