The world-famous 'Flying Scotsman' is pictured on the rear of the Fox and Edwards steam charter at Minehead on the 19th September 2026. No.37240 towed No. 60103 'Flying Scotsman' back to Bishops Lydeard and Norton Fitzwarren to return north as 1Z42 18:11 Bishops Lydeard - Bristol Temple Meads.

Transrail liveried Class 37 No.37240 put in a good performance, leaving Watchet with an eleven-coach train and Flying Scotsman in tow on Saturday 19th September 2026. No.37240 was used to tow the Fox and Edwards charter back to Norton Fitzwarren in order to turn the train, in order to allow LNER A3 Pacific No. 60103 'Flying Scotsman' to operate 1Z42 18:11 Bishops Lydeard - Bristol Temple Meads (with onward transit to Stourbridge Junction).

Transrail Class 37 No.37240 departs from Minehead on the 19th September 2026. The loco was returning the Flying Scotsman (at the rear of the train), to Bishops Lydeard and Norton Fitzwarren to allow No. 60103 'Flying Scotsman' to operate 1Z42 18:11 Bishops Lydeard - Bristol Temple Meads charter.
