It has been known for some time that DB Schenker plans to put four Class 60 locomotives into secure storage at St Blazey. On the 3rd May 2012, No.66141 conveyed the first two locomotives (No.60100 and No.60044) in the consist of the booked light engine move as 0C43 16:46 Newport Alexandra Dock Junction – St Blazey. The light engine move is booked to pause at Taunton to change crews with the loaded northbound clay (6C43) from Cornwall. No.60100, No.60044 and No.66141 drew a large crowd at Taunton to witness their move South.

EWS Class 66 No.66141 departs from Taunton Station on the 3rd May 2012 with No. 60044 'Dowlow' [NN] and No.60100 in tow, operating as 0C43 16:46 Alexandra Dock Junction - St Blazey. The two Class 60 locomotives were being taken for storage in Cornwall pending future use.
