6th July 2009 The First Great Western 'Night Riviera' sleeper service was in trouble again during the 5th / 6th July 2009. Having failed at Burngullow while operating the 1A40 21:15 Penzance - London Paddington the train was towed to Plymouth by a pair of FGW Powercars and was subsequently terminated. Passengers were transferred onto an HST for the rest of their journey to London.
