05 January 2004 60036 'Gefco' dropped onto the 6C62 Westbury Yd - Tavistock Jn fuel
working down through Taunton at 17:5. This is the first Class 60 of 2004
and the loco's first time on this train! 66233 was then added to the train
at Tavistock with it's track panel wagons fron 6W20. The train worked
back with 60036 leading 66233. Flatbeds and 6 TTA's

late through Taunton. This also marks 25% of the Class 60's to have worked
the 6V62 so far. 75 more to go then!

move back to Westbury, it's sent back with a long rake of engineers wagons
from the previous weekends work.
The TTA's were then tripped to Penzance with 66016 direct the next morning.

18 June 2004 6V62's load was split at Exeter Riverside. 66198 took the Bitumen portion
on to Tavistock Jn as booked. While 66109 which had worked up from St

on the 6M72 St Blazey - Cliffe Vale. 66012 while shunting in Exeter Yard 
moved out onto the mainline and failed!
66190 sent down from Exeter Riverside, attached to the West end and 
propelled the train back out to Exeter Riverside. 66012+ One TTA was
dumped at East end of Yard. 66190 then resumed 6M72

13th September 2004 66237 passes Taunton at 19:07 67 late, with the 6C62 and just two
tanks in tow. Loco was diverted due to the Berks and Hants route to
Westbury being used for engineering works!
14 September 2004 66229 passes Taunton 18:54 running late having been diverted via Bristol
due to B&H Engineering works.
17 September 2004 66160 passes Taunton running one hour late due to being diverted

to Exeter with the empty TTA fuel tanks included in it's load. 
60085 then worked the return 6O34 Tanks to Eastleigh
05 October 2004 66182 worked the 6V62 down to Tavistock Jn, and 66241 worked the 6O34
back north at 00:40!

25 October 2004 With the 6C62 Mondays Only, Westbury Yd - Tavistock Jn now cancelled
for the 5th week on a trot. EWS crew members have confirmed that the 
6C62 ceased to run as of the 27/09/04. Therefore the Fawley Tanks
will now become the Tuesdays and Fridays ONLY service
29 October 2004 6V62 was cancelled because the Dawlish Sea Wall was damaged in 
bad storms on the nights of 27th and 28th. Sea Wall was closed
until further notice
